My wife and I recently stayed at Casa Do Brasao for a weekend getaway. The moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff. The grandeur of the building, resembling a majestic manor house, left us in awe. The hotel is equipped with fantastic amenities including a pool table and a swimming pool. The common areas, such as the billiard room and dining room, added to the charm of this historic property. Our suite was incredibly comfortable, transporting us to a different era. The location, right in the center of the village, allowed us easy access to restaurants and pleasant evening strolls. a unique and memorable experience.

The house was beautifully renovated, with a charming old-world feel. The breakfast included a variety of delicious options, including fresh breads, hams, cheeses, and a coffee/espresso machine. The location of the house was central and convenient for exploring the town and its restaurants.
The lack of a river view was a bit disappointing, but this was known beforehand. the staff could have been more welcoming and attentive, as some guests mentioned feeling neglected during their stay.
